This all black Hi version uses the same perforated leather on its upper with all black laces and ankle straps that is accented by white midsoles and clear outsoles. Tongue tag and outsole design elemets share the white/black/silver pattern with FUTURA’s famour handwriting style on it. Finishing the piece off nicely are the silver lace jewelry with etching of handwriting by FUTURA.

Jordan Brand has released a new model that evolves the original Air Jordan 1 to feature more performance features, notably a new midsole and outsole. Additionally various changes have been made to the shoe’s upper to give the shoe a different feel while honoring the original Air Jordan 1’s history. A “Since ‘85″ tagline is included on the shoe’s heel while the words “THANK YOU” are screenprinted on the shoe’s insole. We were first introduced to Ghost by Todd James during the Stussy World Tour in 2006. At the time, we didn’t know much about his work, but after some research, we reached out to the mysterious man known as Ghost to participate in the World Tour project.

Everyone we spoke to seemed really surprised that Ghost was still around. The piece from the World Tour documentary is a good example of who he is and what he’s about. His story had shades of redemption and this was his second chance. He was starting over, trying to break out from painting on walls and trains and move towards the canvas and galleries. It was interesting to hear someone speak honestly about going from graf writer to artist. His work in the street was dope but could it hang on a wall in a gallery?

Think you'll have to wait until June 6th for all the Pre surprises to emerge? Think again. A breaking Reuters report has just dropped one of the biggest cellular bombshells of the year: Verizon Wireless, America's largest mobile operator, will soon be carrying Palm's Pre. Oh, that's not enough? No worries -- it'll also be selling a "new version of the touchscreen BlackBerry Storm," which is obviously the Storm 2 that we've been toying around with. The report makes clear that both phones would be cleared for shipment in around six months, which certainly jibes with whispers we've heard about Sprint's mighty short exclusivity period. The news came from the company's Lowell McAdam, the top executive for the venture of Verizon Communications and Vodafone. To quote: "Over the next six months or so you will see devices like Palm Pre and a second generation Storm." First Sprint, then AT&T, and now Verizon? T-Mobile, where you at?

Nike 6.0 Zoom Oncore High X 3 Inches Of Blood

Nike 6.0 and Canadian rock band, 3 Inches of Blood have collaborated to make quite an interesting pair of sneakers. Here’s a description of the method behind the madness:

The band chose Nike 6.0’s new Zoom Oncore High to translate their soundtrack of mayhem. Inspired by Viking folklore and mythical carnage, 3IOB worked with the product team on custom materials and colors. The upper, constructed with premium distressed battle-worn leather is mixed with sanguine accents and the muted greens of rot and pestilence. Metallic side panels simulate blades of battle-axes, while the blood-red outsole and tongue are an ode to the band’s name.

Supra TK Society Red Leather

The Supra TK society has been getting a lot of attention as of late, as we just featured the Supra TK Society Grey Patent earlier. This time around, they sport a red leather construction along with perforated portions for breathability purposes. Other features include a double ankle strap for added support, as well as a vulcanized sole. Look for them to hit US accounts within the next few weeks.

Bernhard Willhelm has designed a collection for both men and women for the new Toðer collection from Camper for the Majorcan firm. Camper Toðer is a type of collaboration whereby each artist contributes with the best of his creativity and experience to develop a modern and original product, made of the highest quality and distributed exclusively by the best specialists worldwide. During Willhelm’s fashion show in Paris the Camper shoes and sandals he designed were worn on models.

Moccasins and sandals are fabricated with handcrafted techniques and recycled materials, hand sewn, colored felts with rubber soles, like those worn by the country folk who inspired Camper´s first Camaleón in the beginning. The innovation is also illustrated simply, with actual traits of common sense. The shoes are available in a variety of colorways and is currently available at Camper stores.

A new model for Women from Nike has emerged, this sandal/shoe is called the Gladiator Mid and was originally designed by Art Center College of Design student Nancy Wu during her internship at Nike. The sandal is now available in two colorways including Black and White as well as White and Metallic Gold. Both colors are available in limited quantities at select Nike Sportswear retailers now, including colette.
